Senate Bills 5 and 21 altered the state’s forfeiture laws. Most notably, they require that law enforcement report all seizures to the prosecuting attorney or the Attorney General, who must then make an annual report of the activity to the department of Public Safety and the State Auditor. In addition, no property may be transferred to a federal agency without judicial approval, and any agency making a seizure must file an annual audit with the state auditor’s office. Failure to comply, is punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.

The best way to ensure your seeds have a great shot at making it? Follow our germination guide as closely as you can.

When you want to start your crop as soon as possible, a traditional, slow-growing plant can test your patience. For instance, most Indica strains can take up to nine weeks to flower after germination. What’s more, Sativa strains can take 10 to 16 weeks to flower!

What about cannabis plants?

If your seeds fail to germinate after a week, they might be too dry. As an emergency procedure, you can dump them back into a cup of distilled water, leave them in until a taproot forms, pour our the contents on a clean paper towel and start the process all over again. This time, you’ll only need to let the taproot grow to about 1/2 of an inch before you transplant it.

Still on the fence? Don’t just take our word for it. Check out the i49 seed bank reviews of our seed bank from our bevy of satisfied customers. The testimonials speak for themselves!

This way, you never have to wonder if you’re using the right kinds of seeds for your growing environment. We’ll help your crop thrive, no matter where you plant it. We’ll also package your seeds discreetly, so noisy neighbors don’t have to know a thing.
